To get the required algebraic expression we will subtract $2 x^{2} - 3 x^{3} + 5 x - 2$ from $4 x^{3} - 3 x + 5$ .

$4 x^{3} - 3 x + 5$

$7 x^{3} - 8 x + 7 - 2 x^{2}$

So, the required algebraic expression is $7 x^{3} - 2 x^{2} - 8 x + 7$ .
