Solution

The correct option is A Colour
An indicator changes its color when a solution changes its nature. Phenolphthalein and methyl orange are used in titrations to check the endpoint. These are used in acidic and basic titrations respectively. The appearance of pink and reddish-orange colours are their true colours. In alkaline solutions methyl orange is yellow. In alkaline solution, phenolphthalein is pink in colour.

Option (A) is correct.
