$\bullet$Let us suppose a man is standing facing West and then he turns clockwise to face East.

In this process, he turns $2$ right angles, i.e., $2\times 90°=180°$

So, part of revolution he has turned $=\frac{180°}{360°}$

$=\frac{1}{2}$

Hence, the required part of revolution is $\frac{1}{2}$.
