$\therefore$ Arranged in ascending order the numbers are

$\Rightarrow \frac{90}{270},\frac{108}{270},\frac{135}{270},\frac{150}{270}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{3},\frac{2}{5},\frac{1}{2},\frac{5}{9}$

$\therefore$ Required percent
$\Rightarrow (\frac{1}{3}÷\frac{5}{9})\times 100\%=(\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{9}{5}\times 100)\%=60\%$
