According to the given data,
Initial conditions: P1,V1,T1
Final conditions: P2,V2,T2

Calculating the number of moles of nitrogen at both the conditions
n1=3×1.50.0821×600
=0.0913 moles
n2=0.7×10.0821×400
=0.0213 moles

Hence, the fraction of the gas remaining is,
= 0.02130.0913
= 0.2332
So percentage of gas escaped,
= (10.2332)×100 %
= 76.68%
