  2. They are derivatives of indole (auxins), terpenes (Gibberellins), adenine (Cytokinins), carotenoids (Abscisic acid), and gases (Ethylene).
  3. In many plants, hormones stimulate seeds to germinate one of the most important ones are Gibberellins, ethylene, and cytokinin.
  4. These three hormones break seed dormancy in plants.
