Solution

The correct option is A 12.4 kV
As, λmn=hceVV=hceλmin

Given,
λmin=0.10 nm=1010 m

V=6.63×1034×3×1081.6×1019×1010

=12.43×103 V=12.4 kV.

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
Why this question?
This question gives basic idea regarding the production of x-ray and cut-off wavelength.
