Solution

Diabetes:

Diabetes is a metabolic illness or a condition in which glucose levels in the blood remain elevated for an extended length of time.

Precautions:

  1. Drop the pounds and keep them off. By decreasing 5 to 7% of your starting weight, you may be able to prevent or delay diabetes.
  2. Increase your movement. 5 days a week, and get at least 30 minutes of physical activity.
  3. Most of the time, eat nutritious things. Reduce the number of calories you consume each day by eating smaller amounts.
