Given that,

5% additional area is used to make the box.

Now,
Surface area of 10 boxes
$=10\times \text{Surface area of 1 box}$
$=10\times 2(2\times 3+3\times 4+4\times 2)$
$=520m^2$

5% of the area of 10 boxes
$=\frac{5}{100}\times 520$
$=26m^2$
