LHS = $\frac{12}{x}$ + 9
RHS = 13

Using $t r i a l a n d e r r o r m e t h o d$ ,

Case 1:

putting $x$ = 1,
LHS = $\frac{12}{1}$ + 9 = 12 + 9 = 21
