Constitution protects each and everyone from Inequality and Discrimination by enshrining the Right o equality and Right against exploitation in the constitution. It is also a fundamental right not to be exploited. In case of violation, one can move the supreme court. Apart form these laws, there are number of acts that has been enacted to prevent discrimination eg: Prohibition of untouchbility act.
