Let x to be added to 103 to make it divisible by 5 and 10 both.

Divisibility rule for 10:
If a number is divisible by 10, it needs to be even and divisible by 5 because the prime factors of 10 are 5 and 2.
Basically, this means that a number is divisible by 10 if its last digit is 0.

So, after 103 the next possible number which ends with 0 is 110 and it is divisible by both 5 and 10.

103 + x = 110
x = 110 - 103
x = 7
7 should be added to 103 to make it divisible by 5 and 10.
