Let $\varphi$ be the minimum angle when the rope just break as well as when the tension in the rope is $T=2.5\times {10}^{4}N$
now, $2T\sin \varphi =Mg$
or $\sin \varphi =\frac{Mg}{2T}=\frac{90\times 10}{2\times 25000}=0.018$
or $\varphi =1^o$
