Their potential must be same for the charge transfer to occur .So
$\frac{K \times q_{1}}{r_{1}}$ = $\frac{K \times q_{2}}{r_{2}}$
$q_{1} = (\frac{q_{2}}{r_{2}}) \times r_{1}$
$q_{1} = 10 \times \frac{10^{- 6}}{5} \times 2$
$q_{1} = 4 μ C$
