Following are the special adaptations that are seen in
a) Mangrove trees: As the mangrove trees grow in the sea coast and marshy land they have blind roots which are called pneumatophores. These roots help these trees to respire in anaerobic soils.
b) Camels: They have several adaptations that help them to survive in the desert. They have thick coat of hair to protect them from sun. They have large and flat feet which help them to walk easily on soft sand. They have hump which stores fat in it. They have long legs which helps to keep their body away from the hot sand in the desert.
