  1. There are no planets that are larger than the Sun or even close to it (In our solar system).
  2. The Sun, a star, is the largest object in our Solar System.
  3. The Sun has a radius of 6.97×1086.97×108meters and is composed of 75% Hydrogen (atomic number 1) and 25% Helium (atomic number 2).
  4. We refer to the sun as a yellow dwarf star. Even though it is classified as a "dwarf," it is larger than 90% of the Milky Way's stars.
  5. Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system.
  6. Jupiter's mass is nearly 1000 times that of the Sun.
  7. Sirius, Pollux, Alpha Centauri A, UY Scuti etc. are some examples of stars bigger than the sun.
