What suggestions will you give to infertile couples to produce children?

Infertility is the inability of a couple to produce a child even after having unprotected intercourse. Infertility could be due to abnormalities in male or female or in both partners. However, there are several techniques by which a couple can have a child. The suggestion of techniques to assist infertile couples to produce child will be:

(i) Test tube babies: By In-vitro fertilization, it is possible to produce a child where sperms and eggs are united outside the body and zygote is then transferred to a fallopian tube of female.

(ii) Gamete Intra fallopian transfer (GIFT): If a female is unable to produce the egg but has the ability to conceive, then by this technique the egg from a donor is transferred to the fallopian tube of female.

(iii)Artificial insemination: This method is used when a male is having low sperm count or is not able to inseminate. In this, the semen from a donor is transferred into the vagina.
