Its given tat the hyperbola goes through the points (3,0) and (32,2),

Let the hyperbola of the form,

x2a2y2b2 = 1 .........(1)

(1) passes through (3,0)

9a2 = 1

a2 = 1

(1) passes through (32,2)

9.29 4b2 = 1

b2 = 4

The required hyperbola is,

x29 y24 = 1

Eccentricity is given by,

e2 = 1 + b2a2

=1 + 49 = 139

e = 133
