so eq is
f=mv2r
while road is dry the coefficient of friction is μ
f=μN
N=Mg
f=μMg=Mv2r
vμ=kμ ---eq1
k is proportionally constant
when road is wet thancofficient of friction is μ2
v1=kμ2.. eq2
by eq1 and eq2
v1v=μ2μ
v1=v×12=52m/s
