  3. Smallpox can also transmit through sharing drinks, blood transfusion, etc.

Symptoms of smallpox:

  1. High fever and chills.
  2. Vomiting.
  3. Headache and body pain.
  4. Rashes filled with pus on the face, legs, hands, arms, etc.
