Solution
Regular reflection forms an image.
When the reflection is regular reflection then only an image is formed.
When the reflecting surface is very smooth and the rays of light falling on it are reflected straight off it, then it is called regular reflection.
The reflected rays of regular reflection are parallel to each other.
The image thus formed is very clear and sharp.
