Weak base/strong acid titration has an equivalence point above pH=7.
At the equivalence point, a salt of a strong acid with the weak base will be formed. The products of hydrolysis of this salt will determine the pH of the solution. The hydrolysis of such salt will produce weak base and a strong acid. The weak base is dissociated to a small extent giving few hydroxide ions. The strong base is completely dissociated giving a large number of protons. Hence, the hydrogen ion concentration is greater than hydroxide ion concentration and the solution is acidic with pH<7.
