Open in App
Solution

Vitamin B, C, E, K, and D play an important role in protecting and strengthening the blood vessels.

  1. Vitamin B:
  • This vitamin family is one of the most important to strengthen blood vessels and prevent venous problems, or at least keep them away if they have already appeared.
  • Vitamins B12 and B6 are important for people with blood clots and venous problems

2. Vitamin C:

  • This essential vitamin allows blood to flow properly through the veins.
  • This is done by preventing the platelets from becoming sticky to prevent the blood to attach to the inner walls of blood vessels and form blood clots.

3. Vitamin D:

  • Vitamin D low levels lead to coronary artery diseases and high blood pressure.

4. Vitamin K:

  • Vitamin K is important for normal blood clotting and helps control blood flow after injury.
  • Studies have shown that this vitamin also strengthens the walls of small blood vessels called capillaries and helps prevent them from swelling or breaking.

5. Vitamin E:

  • Vitamin E is important for the production of elastin and collagen. Both of these are essential for elastic and healthy blood vessels.
  • Vitamin C also helps reduce inflammation.
