The most fertile and easily managed territories were usually brought within the khalisa. There were two kinds of land during the Mughal and Sultanate timespan: the state was divided into the tracts called Iqta under the guidance of Iqtadars to appropriately regulate. Under the direct supervision and control of the central government, controlled by a king known as Khalisa. To achieve the soldiers and other expenses, it was handled via nobles and amils.
