Conductors:
The materials which pass electricity through them are called Conductors. This is so because of their free electrons which allows high electron mobility.
Ex: 1. silver
2. copper
Insulators:
The materials which do not pass electricity through them are called Insulators. These are materials with low electron mobility or in other words have no free electrons.
Ex: 1. glass
2. rubber
