Solution

Dear Student,
The conflict between Nawab and company was started and Nawab of Bengal started opposing the East India Company due to following main reasons like : The east India company started to ask different type of concession to set up their company but it was denied by the Nawab. The company asked for minting of their coins, that was also denied. After that the company stopped to pay their taxes and started sending disrespectful letter and humiliated the Nawabs.

Conditions laid by Alivardi Khan for East India Company:
1. The company have to pay the custom duty taxes for their private Trades.
2. The company shall not be able to extend their fortification.
