Solution
Article 24 of the Indian Constitution states that no child below the age of 14 years shall be employed in any factory, hazardous occupation or as any domestic help.
Many schemes are also initiated for families living below the poverty line to generate employment schemes for them.
The policy of Sarva Siksha Abhiyaan and mid-day meal schemes are generated to encourage the children to go to school in-spite of working somewhere.
