The correct option is D $\times + \div -$
(a) We have, $9 - 8 + 8 \times 4 \div 9$
$= 1 + 8 \times 4 \div 9$ which will gives the result in fractions. So, there is no need for further calculation as the result is a whole number.
(b) We have, $9 \div 8 \times 8 + 4 - 9$
Again, on solving the above expression the result will come in fraction.
(c) We have, $9 \div 8 + 8 \times 4 - 9$
Here also, on solving the above expression the result will come in fraction.
(d) We have, $9 \times 8 + 8 \div 4 - 9$
$= 72 + 2 - 9$
$= 74 - 9 = 65$
Here, LHS = RHS
(e) We have, $9 + 8 \times 8 \div 4 - 9$
= $9 + 16 - 9$ i.e. 16 which is not equal to RHS.
