What will be the electric field inside as well as outside the sphere?

Solution
Initially the intensity of the electric field inside the sphere will be zero as a negative surface charge will be induced on the inner surface of the conductor and a similar positive surface charge on the outer surface. magnitude will be same as the charge at center. An electric field similar to the field of the point charge q situated at the center of the sphere will be set up outside the sphere. After connecting to earth the positive charge on the outer surface of shell will be neutralized and a net negative charge of magnitude q will be settled on the shell. Inside the shell the field will be zero as before. Out side the shell, the field on the -q charge of the shell will cancel the field of inner q charge ball. And hence zero field outside the shell
