This is a normality (N) times volume (V) problem and the equation we need is

V1×N1=V2×N2

where V1 is the volume of the starting solution, N1 the normality of the starting solution and V2/N2 the volume and normality of the ending solution. Here the question is asking for N2 and

N2=V1×N1/N2=100×0.2100+200=20/300=0.0667N
