Open in App
Solution

Remainder is 72.

Applying the concept of negative remainders to solve it.
Split the terms 73 and 7373

73^73 when divided by 74 leaves remainder equivalent to (-1)^73, which is equal to -1.

73 when divided by 74 leaves remainder -1.

Adding them it is -2. Since remainder is either 0 or positive number we add 74 to our answer. Hence it becomes -2+74 = 72

Hope this helps :)
