The correct option is C 225EI

Reaction in conjugate beam =
12[(2×12×150EI×3)+(150EI×3)]=450EI
Slope at mid point of beam = shear force in conjugate beam under the load.
=450EI+(12×150EI×3)=225EI
NOTE : - If shear in conjugate beam is positive, then rotation is anticlockwise.
