We have to find the smallest 5-digit number with 7 at hundreds place.

Because we need to get the smallest number, the digit at ten thousand places will be 1. We can't put 0 in the ten thousand place since it'll turn into a four-digit number.

The possible smallest digit at thousand place is 0.

As given in the question, 7 is at hundreds place,

Now for tens place, next smallest digit after 1 is 2.
And the next consecutive number 3 will be at ones place.

The number formed is 10723.
