3 being the second smallest followed by 5 and 7 at last.

We should always start from the left hand side.

So, the smallest number using the combination of digits is 7, 5, 2, 3 is 2357.

Then reversing the number will give the largest number
= 7532

Sum = 2357 + 7532

= 9889
