The correct option is C If the data either in I or II alone are sufficient to answer the question;

From I, we can find the weight of 10 poles = 4×5×10 = 200 kg
From II, we get
3× Pweight = 2× Pweight + 20
Pweight = 20 kg
Weight of 10 poles = 10×20 = 200 kg
So either I or II can help us to answer the question.
