(i) The half reaction for oxidation is, H2C2O4CO2
Balancing carbon atoms on both sides, H2C2O42CO2
Balancing hydrogen atoms on both sides,
H2C2O42CO2+2H+
Balancing charge on both the sides
H2C2O42CO2+2H++2e (balanced)

(ii) The half reaction for reduction is -
H2O2H2O
Balancing oxygen atoms on both sides,
H2O22H2O
Balancing hydrogen atoms
H2O2+2H+2H2O
Balancing the charge,
H2O2+2H++2e2H2O (balanced)
Now, adding both equation,
H2C2O4+H2O22CO2+2H2O
This is balanced equation.
