  • Its formula is NaHCO3.

Heating Sodium hydrogen carbonate:

  • When Sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO3) is heated, it decomposes into Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), Carbon dioxide (CO2) and water.
