What will happen if pancreas were removed

If pancreas is removed:
1. Digestion of carbohydrates and proteins will not take place properly, which will ultimately cause a number of kidney disorder.
2. There will be an increase in the level of glucose in the blood, as a result of which one will suffer from diabetes.
