Solution
Dental hygiene:
When we eat food, the sugar component of it attracts bacteria to our teeth.
The bacteria starts producing enzymes to digest that sugar and in turn leave behind acids and waste products which remain on our teeth as a layer called plaque.
The plaque gives yellowish color to our teeth.
The acid part even makes the teeth' material (enamel) dissolve.
Brushing our teeth after consumption of food or twice on a daily basis and flossing once in a while are good hygiene practices.
