By the mid point formula
$2=\frac{x+1}{2}$
$\Rightarrow x+1=4$
$\Rightarrow x=4-1=3$
and $-3=\frac{y+4}{2}$
$\Rightarrow y+4=-6$
$y=-6-4=-10$
$\therefore$ co-ordinate of point $A(3,-10)$
Hence correct choice is (D).
