LCM of two numbers can be obtained by multiplying all the factors having highest powers.

Method–––––––:
6 can be written as 6=2×3 and 4 as product of primes can be written as 4=2×2=22.

Taking the factors with highest powers common, we get
22 from 4 and 31 from 6.

Multiplying them, we get 22×3=12 as the required LCM.
