The hybridization of OCS is sp with 2 sigma bond pairs and no lone pair of electrons on the central atom, which is carbon. According to the VSEPR theory, since there is no lone pair on the central atom, there is no lone pair-bond pair repulsion, and therefore, no distortion in geometry.

Thus, the shape of OCS molecule is linear, as shown in the figure, with a bond angle of 180.
