(i) If the testes fail to descend into the scrotum, then it leads to sterility, i.e. incapability to produce sperms. The high temperature of the body does not permit maturation of sperms.

(ii) If the pituitary fails to release oxytocin during childbirth, then there will be no contraction of uterus and it may lead to complications.

(iii) If the pituitary fails to release prolactin after childbirth, then breasts will not produce milk.

(iv) If there is a decrease in hormone levels after ovulation, then the ovum may not be pushed into the oviduct.
