  1. Cerebellum is a large dorsally projecting region of the brain, located between the brain stem and the rear of the cerebrum, and composed in humans of two lateral lobes and a median lobe.
  2. Uncoordinated movement, tremors, and muscle spasms can all be symptoms of a damaged cerebellum.
  3. A head injury or a stroke are the most common causes of damage to this region of the brain.
