Question

What would happen in the context of charging by induction if instead of bring a charged and an uncharged body close to each other we bring two charged bodies close to each other?

Solution

when two charge body is brought close toeach other,

If they are conductors (metals, for example) then free charged particles are pushed off and get to the furthest parts of these objects. i.e. the electrons in the right one will go more to the right, but in the left one - more to the left.

2. If they are not conductors, there won't be such a big effect. Only electrons on the surface will play any role. The electrons which are on the closer side will be pushed of and a bit ‘dive inside the sphere’. The electrons on the further sides, on the other hand will try to ‘jump out of the sphere’. Of course, they won't do it because of the stronger attraction of the protons near them. And because of that we will also have the surfaces a bit charged.
