  • A saturated solution is that in which a maximum amount of solute is dissolved at a particular temperature.
  • If a saturated solution of Potassium chloride is prepared at 60°C, then on cooling the solution to room temperature, solid Potassium chloride KCl is separated out from the saturated solution.
  • The crystals of Potassium chloride will be formed.
