Whe need grip in our shoes for friction but our bare foot does not need it ?why

The part of our foot which touches the ground is generally very rough. And hence it has higher friction and thus higher grip, than normal shoes.

But sports shoes generally provide higher friction than our bare foot because they are designed for that kimd of purposes.
