The correct option is C <30ml
Upon mixing 20 mL ethanol to 10 mL water, the net volume is less than 30 mL. This is because of extensive hydrogen bonding among water molecules that gives empty space between the molecule. but in the presence of ethanol some of these bonding breaks and thereby reduces the net volume. The ethanol molecules goes into those voids resulting in lower volume.
Option C is correct.
