The correct option is B 12 V
As $β = 250$

$I_{C} = I_{E}$

$∴ 2 m A = I_{E} + (\frac{250}{β}) I_{E}$

Given , $β = 250$

$∴ 2 m A = 2 I_{E}$

$∴ I_{E} = 1 m A$

In steady state the capacitor is open circuit,

$∴ V_{C E}$ of the transistors,

$Q_{250} = 12 - 2 \times 1 = 10 V$

Steady state voltage across the capacitor,

$V_{C} = 10 + 2 = 12 V$
