BOOK ANSWER - Uncharged

My Answer

I know two things that electrons can be moved to:

Positively charged body

Negatively charged body (by forcing the electrons)

Neutral body

But book answer tell that body will only be Uncharged and according to me body can be charged or Uncharged.

If a body is grounded and electrons starts flowing into the body from then Earth this would mean that the body has an excess of positive charges. The charges inside the body are attracting the negative electrons from Earth as a potential difference is being developed at the two ends, the Earth and the body.
So, the body is positively charged before grounding.

This is the only possibility. Maybe your text book has a printing mistake
